SHIPPING & RETURN
Yes, we support delivery to all over the world, and you can check the logistics progress in real time through the express tracking number.
This depends on your location. Normally processed orders take 7-12 business days to arrive. Shipping details will be provided in your confirmation email.
Free returns or exchanges within 14 days of order delivery. If your order has been delivered for more than 14 days, unfortunately we are unable to offer you an exchange, store credit or refund.
Due to the intimate nature of our products and to ensure the health and safety of our customers and employees, we do not accept returns on any items designed to come into contact with genitals or body fluids.
Once these types of items leave our warehouse, they are considered used and unsellable. Returns will only be accepted if the product is damaged or defective. Please be sure to inspect your item upon receipt.
We do not accept returns on the following:
• Custom-made products
• Any item found to have traces of lipstick, deodorant or makeup
• Items returned to us with perfume, tobacco or body odor
• Any item not in original condition that is damaged or missing parts through no fault of ours
Our packaging and delivery are all done privately to ensure your privacy will not be leaked.
